How the house works
The house engine
A small house that runs itself: reservations, rates, channels, payments and the desk, in one system, with every number on this page read live.
Right now
What the engine knows at this moment. It refreshes every minute.

01
Inventory
Every room type is a set of physical units. A stay takes one unit for its nights, under a database lock, so two guests can never hold the same room for the same night.

The direct rate
Rates are set once and pushed to every channel. The booking sites add their commission on top; here you pay the house directly, so the direct rate is always the lower one.
